I wanted to do that a long time ago - creating my very own layout. Now I took the time to made myself familiar with CSS and here it is :-) Some issue are not solved yet :

• Why does the link to my German Vincent Kartheiser site appear right below the banner? I only have it in my profile and I don't want it to show up here

• I'm not yet convinced about the font size in general and for the footer in particular. I guess I was to tired last night and looked in the wrong place ;-)

• Of course I designed the colors on and for my Macbook - I have to wait until I'll get back to work next week to check out the look & feel on Windows & Linux machines.

• Why isn't my name displayed?

• I'm missing the box...

Seit ich vor etwa einem Jahr angefangen habe hier zu schreiben, wollte ich ein eigenes Layout haben. Jetzt habe ich mich dazu aufgerafft, mich in CSS einzuarbeiten und dieses neue Design ist dabei herausgekommen :-) Noch gibt es ein paar offene Punkte:

• Warum wird der Link zu meiner deutschen Vincent Kartheiser Fanpage unter das Banner plaziert? Eigentlich möchte ich ausser der Livejournal Links da überhaupt nicht stehen haben...

• Die footer-Schriftgröße ist mir noch zugering - irgendwie habe ich da letzte Nacht an der falschen Schraube gedreht ;-) Über die Schriftgröße generell bin ich mir auch noch nicht so sicher - das kommt mir alles etwas zu klein vor.
  

• Natürlich wurde ist das Farbdesign für mein Macbook optimiert; da ich noch krank geschrieben bin, komme ich wahrscheinlich erst nächste Woche in meiner Firma dazu, mein Werk unter Windows und Linux zu überprüfen

• Warum wird mein Name nicht angezeigt?

• Ich vermisse die Box...
  

/   I did the banner myself and changed almost everything related background color, fonts, font size, font colors & margins I found in Artphilia CSS Script, but nevertheless I like to credit the following people for their help / Auch wenn ich das Banner selbst erstellt und so ziemlich alles an Hintergund, Farbe, Schrift und Abstände in Artphilia's Script verändert habe,  gibt es verschiendenen hilsbereiten Wesen zu danken:
